Return Policy

Returns will be accepted for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please return with the original tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. 

All returns must be received back within 14 days of the date received. Sales items and accessories are FINAL SALE and no returns will be accepted. 

Returns must be approved. Please notify us at this email BEFORE sending returns. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. 

ashlie nicole boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Please include a slip with your name, email, and order numbers with returned items, so that we can issue a credit accordingly.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent to a donation service and no credit will be given.

We do NOT offer exchanges. 

Return Instructions

Please email us at shop.ashlienicole@gmail.com or go to the "MAKE A RETURN" page on our website to get your return approved. Once approved, please ship to:

Please include a note with your return that states your name and order number. Please wrap your item in paper of some kind to protect the item. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
